Ypsilanti Public Schools staff coordinated a week-long Professional Learning Community workshop, hosted at Ann Arbor's Skyline High School. Over 20 YPS administrators and staff were joined by Saline, Ann Arbor and Oakland County staff for the workshop that started Monday, Aug. 4. YPS Assistant Superintendent of Educational Quality, Richard Weigel, was the presenter and several YPS staff including Trudy Adams, Sharine Buddin, Ruth Jordan, and Cory McElmeel helped to explain the process of incorporating PLCs into the educational environment.
